Account & data deletion

Delete your account and data.

Use this page to request deletion of your account and any data synced to Siridana Nebula Systems.

This request applies to apps that support accounts and cloud sync — primarily Find Lost Phone (Device Protection Suite). Apps that run fully on-device do not store data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete there.

How to request deletion

  • Email dnzchumo@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
  • Tell us which app and, if you can, the account email or ID you used.

We confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask one question to verify ownership before deleting.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and authentication details.
  • Any location or device data synced to your account.
  • Associated settings and sync state stored in Firebase.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law or to prevent abuse (for example, minimal billing or fraud-prevention records). Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to rebuild your profile.

On-device data

Data held only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps.
